Order was delivered, but recipient did receive.
Ordered nuts for a birthday gift and was delivered as per tracking. Recipient did not receive a it must have been stolen. I called Great Nuts, my order # & phone number taken being told I would get a call back. No one has ever called me back yet. Still waiting. However, I placed an order for myself and I received it quickly and no problem. With that order, I give a 5 for good customer service.
