Return Policy
As part of our Customer Service commitment, GreatNuts.com stands behind our products and we want you to be happy with them as the vast majority of our customers have been for more than 35 years. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please email us at: orders@greatnuts.com.
We are very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please carefully check that all items received are what you ordered.
If you have received an INCORRECT item, DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any return or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.
When a product is not what you ordered or is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment to request a refund or exchange. DO NOT THROW OUT THE PRODUCT. We will ask you for photos and a code date from the package.
Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.
Due to a wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are "not quite to your liking".
