Sort of disappointed. These are smallish, half nuts, not larger whole nuts as in prior orders. Note from Great Nuts: We've switched from wholes to wholes and halves due to price escalations and avalability.

The Macadamia nuts tasted very good but would have enjoyed them more if they had been salted or toasted. From GreatNuts: You can put them in your oven at 350 for a few minutes. When you smell their aroma, that means their oils are starting to come out. Remove them. Immediately salt them, using their own oils to get the salt to stick.

Great quality, large size, whole nuts. These are raw/unsalted nuts. Enclosing roasting/salting instructions would be helpful. Company responded promptly to my request for "how to."
