Add water, vinegar, and sugar together. Cook for 30
minutes over low heat. Thicken with corn starch or
arrowroot. Put all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Let base cool, then add all ingredients together. Set in
cool place for 2-5 days.
Chef's Tip: For a quick version, purchase jars of Major
Grey Chutney and add first six ingredients: 3 cups of nuts. |
